Customer Privacy

Information Sharing

RMW only retains and uses a customer's information for the purpose of fulfilling your order.  It is our policy to not share, release, or sell, any customer data outside of Retro Motor Works.  In this day, it is imperative to have full control of customer data.  The only way we can absolutely enforce that is to retain customer data within RMW. 

E-Mail Offers

RMW will offer an opt-out option if you are not interested in receiving e-mail offers.  Otherwise, we only contact you via e-mail for order status, shipping, and any other data required for your order placed.

Telephone Calls

RMW does not make sales calls via phone.  Our policy and belief is that telephone calls for sales are intrusive, and we will not call for sales.  A contact number is requested for credit card order fulfillment and to contact you in the event we need to validate your orders, payment, or shipping information.
